STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Set a non 16:9 image as wallpaper of your 16:9 monitor.

OBSERVED RESULT
The wallpaper is zoomed in the center.

EXPECTED RESULT
Allow the user to select which part of the image will be shown in the wallpaper.

There are already multiple options for how to handle this situation. There are no plans to add more, as this would introduce additional complexity.
