STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add a Grouping applet to the desktop.
2. Remove it.

OBSERVED RESULT
The applet doesn't disappear immediately, until the "Grouping widget removed" notification is dismissed.

EXPECTED RESULT
The applet disappears immediately.
