Clock unsynced.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Record the screen at max framerate.
2. Lock the screen.
3. Unlock the screen.

OBSERVED RESULT
In the footage there will be a single frame that reveals that the clock is paused while the screen is locked.

EXPECTED RESULT
The clock should be as active as the Screen Locker clock.

I didn't know clocks weren't using the same process to count time, isn't that wasteful?
I've notice it while analyzing the attached video for Bug 513161
Could be just a visual bug, but(g) reporting is the only way to find out.

The screen locker probably needs porting to the new clock backend.
