SUMMARY
Occasionally the notification will appear in the top left hand corner even though I have it set to the top middle corner

OBSERVED RESULT
The notification is in the top left with no "padding"

EXPECTED RESULT
The notification is in the top middle with "padding"

IIRC this is an X11-specific bug that doesn't happen on Wayland.
