Try searching for a shorter string, like just "del rio".

It sounds like weather stations provided by NOAA aren't available for some reason. They're available for me right now, so it may not be a problem on NOAA's end. If you reboot the computer and try again, does it start finding NOAA-provided weather stations that you search for?
