Same issue occurring on Linux Mint 22.2 Ubuntu. Console error message is identical.

Same issue occurring on Linux Mint 22.3 Ubuntu. Console error message is identical. Coincides with update to flatpak org.kde.labplot and org.kde.labplot.Locale
