SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Okular flatpak with command flatpak install flatpak org.kde.okular as system
2. attempt to run Okular flatpak run org.kde.okular
3. Application does not load

OBSERVED RESULT

1. Application does not load.
2. Terminal output: /app/bin/okular-bin: error while loading shared libraries: libPlasmaActivities.so.6: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
3, "open with" in Nemo file manager lists Okular but package cannot be invoked from .pdf file. File will open in other pllications


EXPECTED RESULT

1. Application loads and runs from menu, CLI or invocation from a compatible file.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

1. repair performed of whole local rep with "flatpak repair"
2. Other packages using the KDE frameworks 6.9 runtime work normally e.g. Kleopatra.
3. Bug 402268 superficially similar but old and not stating if this is flatpak.
4. I cannot say when it stopped working but Okular 23.08.02 did run. This is not available from flathub any longer.
