SUMMARY
Dolphin is unresponsive when we do a drag-and-drop 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. split the icon view in two
2. open two folders
3. select all the files in one
4. do a drag-and-drop in the second view on a subdirectory

OBSERVED RESULT
Dolphin is unresponsive, it uses all xx% CPU core
kio worker is running
Drop Popup is opened several seconds after the action

EXPECTED RESULT
