SUMMARY
Forever Fetching updates... screen

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Run plasma-discover

OBSERVED RESULT
If some repositories do not respond, you will constantly see the hanging “Fetching updates...” screen every time you start Discover, even after the apt timeout.

EXPECTED RESULT
Hanging “Fetching updates...” screen

APT repo can return a GPG error or EXPKEYSIG which leads to endless fetching progress bar
