SUMMARY

In Power Management, I have the following settings:
- Dim screen automatically after 30 seconds.
- Run a command or script when inactive after 1 minute (this runs mpv as a video screensaver for OLED).
- Turn off screen after 10 minutes.

Initially (or after a reboot), everything works as expected:
- Nothing happens when there is user activity or when watching a video.
- Otherwise: after 30 seconds the screen dims, after 1 minute mpv starts playing the screensaver video, and after 10 minutes the monitor turns off.

However, after some time (I don't know what triggers this), the behavior changes:
- With activity: Nothing happens, as expected.
- Without activity (and not watching video): Dimming, mpv screensaver, and screen turn-off work as expected.
- Without activity AND while watching a video: Dimming and screen turn-off are correctly inhibited (do not happen), but the "Run command" action is still triggered after one minute, starting the mpv screensaver on top of the video.
