Currently, to open the list of profiles from the "New Tab" button, the user needs to click and hold, then slide the mouse to the desired profile. This gesture isn’t very discoverable and is way too slow to use in practice. It would be more consistent and user-friendly if a right-click on the "New Tab" button opened the same profile selector. This keeps left-click behavior unchanged (open a new tab with the default profile), while providing a quicker and more discoverable way to select a different profile.
Just to be clear: I don't mean a button shown **on top** of tab bar, it already works as described, right an left clicks both have their purpose, as well as hold then slide, I mean the new tab button, that shown **inside** tab bar, that for some reason have no right click usage.
