SUMMARY
I have almost all my music library in a folder called “Новая папка” (New Folder). Elisa can successfully index media files here, but I can't play any tracks and playlists (.m3u and .pls) from this destination.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a folder with Unicode symbols and spaces in its name
2. Copy some media files
3. Add it as a music folder
4. Wait some time while it is indexed
5. Try to play any track from it

OBSERVED RESULT
Playback doesn't start

EXPECTED RESULT
Playback starts
