SUMMARY
When opening a topic that contains an apostrophe (') in its title, the apostrophe is displayed as ' instead of '.  My topic is pending.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Open a topic with ' in title

OBSERVED RESULT
The topic is shown in your 'pending' topics with  '

EXPECTED RESULT
The apostrophe should be displayed normally as '.

Can you please provide a link to an affected post so we can confirm? This is likely a double escaping issue, which seems like a strange bug to have to report upstream.

Harald, do we have any theme customisations?

Sure! The topic was 'https://discuss.kde.org/t/feed-group-option-at-add-feed/42181.

Do note it has now been approved. I have no idea if the title was manually corrected by the moderator, or that it bug is only present in the 'Pending' view.
