SUMMARY
The last column in dolphin folder views is unresizable. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Open a folder in Details mode
2. Drag the last column, usually 'Type' by default I think

OBSERVED RESULT
Undraggable

EXPECTED RESULT
Resizes with cursor like every other column does
