SUMMARY
Some empty or disabled space can be used to drag the whole applications around.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Recent page
1. open systemsettings
2. Select either "for all applications" or "Do not remember"
3. Click on the area where app are and drag

Color page & Shortcut
1. open respective page
2. click on the grey space in the top under the color selection or the search bar respectively

OBSERVED RESULT
The whole window move


EXPECTED RESULT
Nothing should happens (same as other pages).
