STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to windows settings
2. Click Location of newly opened windows
3. Set to any other than automatic e.g center

OBSERVED RESULT
Haruna keeps opening its window in the top left corner of the screen

EXPECTED RESULT
Haruna should open e.g to the center of the screen if it has been set so in the location of newly opened windows settings
