SUMMARY
When I drag an icon in the QuickLaunch and drop it where I want it to be, it does not move to the new position but remains where it was.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add QuickLaunch icons
2. Try to drag and drop one of them to change its position

OBSERVED RESULT
It doesn't work - the icon remains in its original position.

EXPECTED RESULT
The icon is in the new desired position.

This was fixed in Plasma 6.5.
