Issue on Plasma 6.5.3

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have Hide Cursor effect active.
2. Press Meta+Ctrl+Esc
3. Get distracted.

OBSERVED RESULT
Stealth nuke in your hands.

EXPECTED RESULT
Hide Cursor shouldn't hide the Skull.
