Issue on Plasma 6.5.3

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Transfer a file to a external storage device.

OBSERVED RESULT
The notification is 10%~ish on top of the panel's widgets.

EXPECTED RESULT
The notification should not be obstructing the panel.

Thanks for the bug report. I'm not immediately able to reproduce this with Plasma built from git-master. It may depend on display resolution and panel size. Can you please share

1. The size of the panel
2. The resolution and scaling of the screen

Note:
In the screen recording, there is a panel on the left, which is set to autohide, fill space, non-floating
Notifications are set to be shown near the notification widget, which is in the lower left corner

Changing this to minor, since it's a bug, not a feature request.
