STEPS TO REPRODUCE
First boot a Arch Linux installation with KDE Plasma.

OBSERVED RESULT
The SDDM theme isn't Breeze.

EXPECTED RESULT
The SDDM theme should be Breeze if it's KDE Plasma.

Setting the default SDDM theme is the distribution's job, not KDE's, and Arch doesn't do any customization on behalf of its users.
