Desktop Icons do NOT get focus when Icon name is double spaced

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Move the cursor over an double spaced icon from the text side (bottom side)

OBSERVED RESULT
no focus

EXPECTED RESULT
focus

Exaclty the same bug had been repaired a year ago or so.
