STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Be a Windows user trying out Linux.
2. Search for "Task Manager", which is the System Monitor but for Windows.

OBSERVED RESULT
Users won't be able to find it.

EXPECTED RESULT
Users should be able to find the System Monitor by searching "Task Manager".

What’s the language of your system? Because for English language this already works.

I can confirm that kde finds System Monitor while searching for task manager if the locale is set to C.

Searching for "task manager" or "gerenciador de tarefas" (ms task manager's name in the Brazilian Portuguese locale) doesn't show System Monitor.
