A Screenshot Of plasma-drkonqi-6.5.3-1.fc43 Under org.kde.breezedark, With Erroneously Dark Text

# SUMMARY

`plasma-drkonqi-6.5.3-1` doesn't adapt its backtrace text colour when a new colour scheme is applied that renders that text unreadable. Considering that the Kate KPart can, Dr. Konqi should be able to consume a `org.freedesktop.appearance: color-scheme` change event, too.

# STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Invoke `lookandfeeltool --apply org.kde.breeze`.

2. Invoke Dr. Konqi; see https://discuss.kde.org/t/can-dr-konqi-be-reinvoked-after-closure/34410/2?u=rokejulianlockhart.

3. Invoke `lookandfeeltool --apply org.kde.breezedark`.

# OBSERVED RESULT

The text remains dark when `org.kde.breezedark` (`org.freedesktop.appearance: color-scheme: 1`) is applied over `org.kde.breeze` (`org.freedesktop.appearance: color-scheme: 2`).

# EXPECTED RESULT

The text colour should dynamically adapt to the current QPalette, as KColorScheme exposes.
