I’m having an actual problem where every time I drag an image into the canvas. The add new layer menu pops up and disappears immediately. Why in gods name does it keep doing that!? All I want is to have 2 documents up at the same time!

I tried resetting my PC Uninstalling and reinstalling, but nothing worked!

into the canvas of what? What application are you reporting a bug for?

I am using Krita. I want to add a new layer. I drag the desired image into the canvas, the menu asks me if I want to add a new layer, document, or reference image. After a second, the menu goes away.
