In the kolourpaint that shipped with Plasma 5.x, you could use the arrow keys to move the cursor as you were moving a selection or drawing.  On kolourpaint 24.12.3 that shipped with Plasma 6.3.4, that feature seems to have disappeared.  I've tried it on both my desktop and laptop, and they both have the same issue.
