SUMMARY
Panel flickers when Hot-Corner is activated behind it

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable an hot corner where a panel is
2. Move to hot coner.
3. Move a bit away from hot corner

OBSERVED RESULT
Panel flickers

EXPECTED RESULT
Panel stays unflickering

Windows: 
macOS:

Thanks for the bug report. I'm not able to reproduce this on git-master.

Are you able to reproduce this with the default Breeze themes on Plasma 6.5.3 or later?

I wont be able to try Plasma 6.5.3 anytime soon!

For Plasma 6.5 the problem remains!
