SUMMARY
After selecting the kim file, the next question should be for the destination folder. 
Then all the rest.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. start the import procedure
2. select the kim file
3. select the files to import (usually you import all of them, because you do the selection on export)
4. select the destination folder (usually you need to navigate to the correct location and/or create a new folder)

OBSERVED RESULT
Step 3 above rarely needs more interaction than hitting "next"
Step 4 above most often needs some thought and interaction (as does step 1)

EXPECTED RESULT
I would prefer, the two steps 3 and 4 in reverse order, so the important adjustments are made first.
