SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have 2nd display attached
2. Have windows on both displays
3. Win+Tab to summon Task Switcher, hold Win
4. Move mouse cursor to the other display 

OBSERVED RESULT
Task Switcher is gone to the background

EXPECTED RESULT
Task Switcher should remain at top

Thanks for the bug report. I can reproduce this on Plasma 6.5.2, but not on Plasma built from git-master. This means the problem is fixed, and will be available when your system updates to 6.6.0 after it's released.

If you can still reproduce this in 6.6.0, feel free to set this to REOPENED.
