SUMMARY
Alt+PrtSc enters screenshot, minor blur can be noticed, unsure if saved image is blurred as well. You might need to look close to see the difference. 
My Setup:
144Hz laptop screen + 60Hz external HDMI display, both 1920x1080, laptop screen has 125% scale.
Blur happens when laptop has 125% scale and ext display has 100% scale. Doesn't happen if they both have 100% or 125% scale.
