SUMMARY Both "click raises active window" and "raise on hover, delayed by" don't change the way windows are raised, it still raises windows when clicking, and does not when hovering. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Enable "raise on hover, delayed by" at "window management" -> "Window behavior" -> "Focus" 2. Hover over window which is hidden below an another window 3. The window is not raised above the other window or 1. Disable "click raises active window" at "window management" -> "Window behavior" -> "Focus" 2. Click on window which is hidden below an another window 3.
