Description SavciSV 2025-11-10 12:06:25 UTC
SUMMARY
It doesn't always happen, but when I try to move a file (especially from a partition to another one) it gets treated as renaming (which I guess is what happens when moving in the same partition) and fails with error "failed to rename file", and then I have to manually copy and delete manually, or just copy another file and come back hoping the bug doesn't occur again.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Dolphin 25.08.3 or 25.08.2
2. Cut a directory
3. Try pasting it in another partition

OBSERVED RESULT
Fails with error "failed to rename file"

EXPECTED RESULT
copying the file to the other partition, then deleting the original one
