dolphin panel not docking

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Unlock panels and move Places to the right 
2. Try to move it back to the left

OBSERVED RESULT
It doesn't snap back when hovered over the original place, it snaps back to the new position.

A workaround is to display the folder (tree file hierarchy) panel, it will be shown on the left.

The bug can also happen the other way around, you can workaround this similarly with the information panel.
