SUMMARY
Icons on the desktop move to an incorrect position after dragging them followed by dragging them with shift held down.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Choose a file or folder on the desktop and drag it from point A (its starting point) to point B.
2. Hold down the shift key and try to drag it to an arbitrary point C.

OBSERVED RESULT
The icon will immediately jump back to point A.

EXPECTED RESULT
The icon continues from point B.

I'm using 'Small' as the 'Icon Size' for desktop icons.
