Created attachment 186588 [details] this attachement show how the animations and the buttons not working if , i remove the confirmation from the session management , the buttons works SUMMARY i wont able to shutdown my system via the , applicationn launcherr (kickoff widget ) STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. open application launcher , and try to press the shutdown logout restart buttons 2. 3. OBSERVED RESULT EXPECTED RESULT SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Operating System: Arch Linux KDE Plasma Version: 6.5.1 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.19.0 Qt Version: 6.10.0 Kernel Version: 6.17.7-arch1-1 (64-bit) Graphics Platform: Wayland Processors: 12 × 13th Gen Intel® Core™ i5-13420H Memory: 16 GiB of RAM (15.3 GiB usable) Graphics Processor 1: Mesa Intel® Graphics Graphics Processor 2: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 6GB Laptop GPU/PCIe/SSE2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION and the frosted glass animation wont comes after pressing the sleep the frosted glass animation , , and other button exclude what ive mentioned ,
Show If this setting is turned on, the logout confirmation screen will be shown when you log out, shut down, restart, press the power button, or click on buttons or menu items labeled Leave…. When the setting is turned off, your computer will log out, shut down, etc. immediately after clicking the respective button. this wont works
Are there any error messages in the system log when you press these buttons? (You can use "journalctl --reverse" to see the newest ones). Can you try it on a new user account, so we can see whether there might be a user-level configuration issue?
Hey you know, I tried with different user account too the , same issue from the application kick off widget
