SUMMARY
with the new report feature in coredump-gui knowing what was or wasn't reported becomes a bit of a concern. we should somehow track reportedness

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. coredump-gui
2. open crash
3. click report
4. go back to mainpage
5. open crash again

OBSERVED RESULT
report button is active again

EXPECTED RESULT
report button remembers that this was reported already

Probably need to visually indicate that this was reported already. But keep the button enabled. When clicked open a dialog to confirm the user hasn't reported this already. We don't know that the user actually finished reporting unfortunately.
