Video where ctrl+F is demonstrated to not work in keyboard shortcuts search

SUMMARY
When opening the keyboard shortcuts settings you cannot focus on the search bar using Ctrl+F, only clicking on it makes it focus.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open keyboard shortcuts
2. Use Ctrl+F
3. Try to write something

OBSERVED RESULT
The search bar focuses(the outline goes blue and if there is text it is highlighted), but you cannot input text normally.

EXPECTED RESULT
Ctrl+F and then writing should result in the searchbar receiving text.

This also shows up in Application settings, basically any KCModule that has a search bar on top.
