SUMMARY
Indentation mode of opened file changes from global setting

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set indentation to tabs in global setting, remove automatic detection
2. open .cpp file indented with spaces

OBSERVED RESULT
indentation mode changes to spaces

EXPECTED RESULT
indentation mode stays as tabs
