SUMMARY
Spectacle doesn't copy screenshots to the clipboard in the new versions if you click copy in the selection overlay, in the version 6.4.5 this functionality works fine, in the version 6.5.1 it is not, so I suspect a regression 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run Spectacle
2. Select a zone to screenshot, click the Copy button in the overlay
3. Try to paste the file

OBSERVED RESULT
Spectacle only creates an empty file entry in the clipboard history

EXPECTED RESULT
A screenshot being copied to the clipboard as normal
