I'm using debian (stable): 13 - Trixie
KDE Plasma Version: 6.3.6
Notification click action only works if I quickly click on it when it shows up
If I open notifications list, click action doesn't work!

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. A notification appear by an app (Browser web push, telegram, ...)
2. After timeout open the "Notifications" from system tray
3. Click on the notification and you will see nothing happens!

OBSERVED RESULT
- Notification click action doesn't work

EXPECTED RESULT
- When I click on the notification, the action should works just like when It shows up

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Debian 13 [6.12.48+deb13-amd64 (64-bit)]
KDE Plasma Version: 6.3.6
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.13.0 
Qt Version: 6.8.2

Please fix it and release a patch for 6.3.x

Thank you for the bug report!

Debian advises users to not submit bugs upstream (https://www.debian.org/Bugs/Reporting), and Plasma 6.3.6 is no longer eligible for support or maintenance from KDE. It's possible that the issue exists only in Debian at this point.

Could you report the bug to Debian using the report bug utility (https://packages.debian.org/stable/utils/reportbug)? If necessary, the maintainer of the package will forward the bug upstream.
