SUMMARY
When recording the screen in Plasma 6.5.x (currently 6.5.1 as of November 2, 2025), several interface components flicker/glitch, including windows. The issue is not noticeable on the screen itself—only in the OBS preview and the final recording.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. In OBS Studio, create a new source (Screen Capture (PipeWire)).
2. In the screen-sharing portal, select your screen.
3. Start the recording.

OBSERVED RESULT
Flickering components, such as Kicker, the bottom panel, the clipboard widget, and windows.

EXPECTED RESULT
No flickering or glitching; smooth recording, as seen in Plasma 6.4.x.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I downgraded to Plasma 6.4.x to confirm that the issue is specific to 6.5.x, and indeed, it only started occurring from version 6.5.x onward.
