I'm also experiencing this issue with the web browser widget. Open the widget and go to the following URL: https://widgets.meteox.com/en-GB/widgets/radar/location/2973400/rain?z=8 Then close the widget window. After a few hours, the QtWebEngineProcess process is consuming over 2 GB of memory, and this consumption continues to increase.
After updating to Qt 6.10.1 I can no longer reproduce the issue. I guess it was a regression in Qt that has nothing to do with Plasma.
I updated to qt6.10.1 and I'm still experiencing the problem.
