SUMMARY
Currently no option to select gif/webp quality

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
open spectacle and have webp or gif selected as a format from the config

OBSERVED RESULT
No option to select quality unlike for pictures

EXPECTED RESULT
Option to select quality

Fedora 41

Linux/KDE Plasma: 6.3.4
Qt Version: 6.8.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I ran into this when wanting to upload on bugs.kide a gif/webp, the upload limit is 4mb and a +-15 second gif is about 25 mb, webp is 12mb
