SUMMARY
Incorrect name for MKD - North Macedonia.

Name was changed from just Macedonia to North Macedonia in 2019.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the Metadata template editor
2. Select the "Location tab"
3. Open the "Country combo"

OBSERVED RESULT
MKD - Macedonia

EXPECTED RESULT
MKD - North Macedonia
