Hi Jasem,

It's minor but I've updated K-Stars to version 3.7.9.  When I try adding terrain under settings and flagging "Show terrain" the program becomes incredibly slow to the point that is shows as unresponsive.  I've used the same PNG file with previous version of K-Stars with no issues.  The file itself is 8.6MB in size so maybe fairly large. 

I have an old Dell Inspiron 580 with and i5 750 CPU running ubuntu 24.04.03 that I have K-Stars running on as well and it appears to have no issues with using the same PNG file.

Specs for the Windows Laptop are as follows:

Processor	Intel(R) Xeon(R) E-2176M  CPU @ 2.70GHz (2.71 GHz)
Installed RAM	80.0 GB (79.8 GB usable)
Edition	Windows 11 Pro for Workstations
Version	25H2
Installed on	‎2025-‎09-‎29
OS build	26200.7019
Experience	Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.26100.265.0
The Video card is a NVIDIA Quadro P3200 with 6GB of memory but for the most part the laptop doesn't make use of the graphics card depending more on the built in intel graphics.

Like I said its not a pressing issue but thought I would enquire and bring to your attention.
