Into which app?
(In reply to Nate Graham from comment #1) > Into which app? Are you asking which app middle click is pasting into? Because it is app agnostic -- it pastes into all apps. Firefox, Discord, various text editors. Konsole as well I believe
Correction, not Konsole. But confirming middle click pastes in Discord, Firefox, and Code - OSS. Does not paste in Kate, or Dolphin (location bar). I've looked for settings in Discord, Firefox, and Code, and there does not seem to be any relating to middle mouse click. It definitely did not do this before 6.5. I middle click all the time for scrolling.
I believe this may be intended behavior according to the discussion on this thread: https://discuss.kde.org/t/how-to-disable-middle-click-paste/33569 My sentiments lie with the comment about wanting a smooth scroll feature like Windows seems to have that works with every application. I never saw the value in middle click pasting when Ctrl+V works fine, but to each their own.
