SUMMARY
Every time I launch Kate, I get the below mentioned msgBoxes until I finally checked the 'don't show this again' box

Included screen cap shows the first of 2 error msg. First is duplication of 'Prev Tab', second is 'Next Tab'.

KDE has a newer version of Kate, but Version 23.08.5 is the 'current' one from Cannonical for KUbuntu 24.04

Can not reproduce that with current versions, if that is the last version there, perhaps use a Flatpak.
