SUMMARY Okular overrides the printer's default settings and user preferences from Windows, and forces the output to become 108 x 297mm in landscape orientation, on the Zebra GK420t printer. But our labels are 3x2 inches (76,2 x 50,8mm) in portrait orientation, and this is what is set both in "Printing Defaults" and "Printing Preferences" on the printer in Windows. The result is a blank page. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Install the driver "ZDesigner GK420t" 2. Connect the printer, Zebra GK420t 3. Load the printer with labels that are 3x2 inch in size 4. Open printer properties -> Advanced -> Printing Defaults 5. Set width to 3 inches 6. Set height to 2 inches 7. Set orientation to Portrait 8. Click OK 9. Go to General -> Preferences 10. Repeat steps 5 to 8 11. Click OK once more 12. Open Demo.pdf 13. Print the document to the Zebra GK420t printer OBSERVED RESULT Blank page/label EXPECTED RESULT Text printed on page/label SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Windows 11 - 25H2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 1.
