STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Open Discover
2. Upgrade system
3. Install System Upgrade

OBSERVED RESULT Upgrade fails to install


EXPECTED RESULT

As you're missing dependencies, you could try: sudo apt-get install -f <package-name>
-f is --fix-broken and will attempt to install missing dependencies. You can also try to manually install missing dependencies with this method.
