SUMMARY
After updating my system, when pressing the "open/retract" shortcut while yakuake is running in the background, yakuake opens behind other windows and doesn't gain keyboard focus.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. start yakuake
2. press "open/retract" shortcut

OBSERVED RESULT
Yakuake appears behind all other windows and doesn't take keyboard focus.

EXPECTED RESULT
Yakuake would show above all other windows and take keyboard focus.

As it turns out, yakuake won't show up properly when focus stealing prevention is set for any value above "low"
