SUMMARY
When you resize left panel on directory picker dialog it gets malformed during resizing at certain sizes.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open directory dialog
2. Change windows size to something not very big
3. Try to resize left pane;

OBSERVED RESULT
Dialog will became broken

Doesn't happen to file picker. Also, I'm using 115% display scaling if that matters.

Still happens as of KDE Frameworks 6.20
